Antitrust: Law & Litigation
The second annual Sedona conference on antitrust law promises to be as lively and timely as the first. Major issues surrounding the Microsoft case have yet to be decided. In addition the Internet has recently spawned numerous business 2 business sites, raising unique issues under section One, and the law of joint ventures. These and many other current issues will be explored along with sessions dedicated to pretrial and trial problems frequently encountered in antitrust litigation.
