Complex Litigation V
In Complex Litigation V we will be tackling the difficult issues surrounding discovery of electronic information and documents, while critiquing a set of principles to be proposed by our first Working Group in an effort to bring some sense of rationality to the development of the law in this area. We will also be looking at new technologies in the courtroom, and the changing role of the judiciary to ensure constitutional guarantees of fairness in response to them.
