The Eighth Annual Sedona Conference on Patent Litigation will address the profound changes in patent law and practice that have occurred in the past year from significant Supreme Court decisions, changes at the USPTO and possible legislative changes from Congress. The patent landscape is far different from even five years ago, and a distinguished faculty of leading jurists, practioners, in-house counsel and experts will share their insights on the practice consequences of these changes and trends. Participant dialogue will expand on their insights and predictions about the future of patent law.
